Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for pickup, local delivery, or shipment release. Orders may be refused or cancelled if age verification cannot be completed.
Nicotine warning
Vaping products may contain nicotine, which is addictive. Products are intended for adult smokers or vapers only and are not for minors, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone advised to avoid nicotine.
Product availability
Inventory, flavours, nicotine strengths, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, Vapelite may contact you about a substitution, refund, or cancellation.
Delivery, pickup, and shipping
Same-day Ottawa delivery may be available when orders are placed before the posted cutoff time. Delivery, pickup, and shipping options depend on location, age verification, carrier rules, and applicable Canadian regulations.
Returns and order issues
For health and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products may not be eligible for return. If there is an issue with your order, contact Vapelite as soon as possible so the order can be reviewed.
